In the heart of Weymouth’s beautiful seafront, Rossi’s has been serving homemade Italian ice cream for generations. Founded by Fioravanti Figliolini, our recipes have been lovingly passed down and remain a closely guarded family treasure.
Today, Rossi’s is proudly run by Fulvio Figliolini, the third generation of the family, who continues to make our ice cream on the premises using the same time-honoured methods that create the rich, creamy flavour so many know and love. Keeping the tradition alive for the future, Fulvio is now training his daughter Aimee, the fourth generation, ensuring Rossi’s will remain part of Weymouth’s story for years to come.

You can relax inside our parlour, open from 11am to 5pm, and enjoy classic ice cream dishes, desserts, and warming hot drinks. If you can’t find exactly what you’re craving on our menu, you can even create your own sundae for a truly personal treat.
We only have three tables inside, so if you would like to be sure of a spot, we recommend giving us a quick call to book 01305 785557. We also welcome small birthday parties, so if you are planning a celebration, just let us know when you book.
Being right on the Esplanade, many visitors choose to order from our front window and take their ice cream away to enjoy by the sea. We also offer a variety of other treats and dishes to take away.
